Lemon Chicken



Ini aktiviti masak2 hari minggu…mr husben ada bengkel di pejabat. Mamapun berbengkel di dapur sambil melayan anak-anak.
Menu pertama hasil berbengkel di dapur ialah lemon chicken.Buah lemon tu beli minggu lepas lagi….ingat nak buat ayam bakar tp ubah resepi buat lemon chicken.


Cari resepi di mr goole jumpa di dapur Hana tp resepi asal dari Along Roz. Terimakasih Along Roz penyumbang resepi dan Hana juga. Memandai tambah tpg serbaguna...harap Along tak marah....

Lemon Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
1 whole Chicken Breast - chopped to small pieces
1 tsp Black Pepper powder
1 tbsp Rice Flour
1 tbsp Plain Flour -
Custard Flour - for coating
Salt
* tambah 1 sb tpg goreng serbaguna

METHOD:
1. Mix all ingredients except custard flour.
Heat up oil for deep frying.
Roll battered chicken into custard flour & deep fry until golden.
Dish up.

SAUCE:
1/2 Lemon - squeeze juice & slice the rind*
(note: only used 1/4 lemon for rind. Remove the white part which has bitter taste.)
1 cup Water*
1 tbsp Custard Flour*
Honey, Sugar & Salt* (* mixed)
1 tbsp Butter

- Melt butter & add in * mixture.
- Boil until translucent.
- Pour on top of fried chicken.
- Serve hot.


Untuk lemon sos tu kena pandai imbangkan antara rasa masam, manis dan masin...barulah sedap rasa ayam bila mkn dgn sos lemon . Syakirah suka pulak lemon chicken tu...belah siang dia mkn gitu je....mlmnya dia mkn dgn nasi...kena dgn seleranya.

    nampak sedap la ayam tu...saya pernah try jugak buat ayam neh.tapi kurang menepati citarasa lak..memang nak kena ejas jugak masam lemon tu kan..hehehe
