Hitam legam tapi tetap menawan



Stop dulu kisah raya korban...gambar byk tak sempat upload...nanti sambung lagi.

Kali ni nak kongsi kek yg hitam legam tp tetap menawan citarasa....American Chocolate Cake..kek yg cukup mudah...godek2 bakar. Kek ni sedap...tak payah toppingpun pun dah sedap.... anak2 mmg suka. Kat fp pun dah tayang...saja tayang kat dapur ni pulak. ..buat beberapa minggu lepas.




American Chocolate Cake
Sumber;Ninie copy dr FP Zahara - tq k.Zara kongsi resepi...

BAHAN
2 cups flour*
2 cups granulated sugar-guna caster sugar
3/4 cups cocoa*
2 tsp baking powder*
2 tsp baking soda*
2 eggs
1 cup of milk (fresh)
1 cup of corn oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Nescafe, added to 1 cup of hot water

Cara;
Mix all together in a bowl.
and bake for 45 minutes.. suhunya sya guna suhu bakar
cake biasa tu.. 170C sebab masa cousin sya beri
recipe, tk dak tercatat suhu, sya hentam je.

ni yg kita buat;
1.Ayak bahan * sekaligus
2.Pukul sekejap semua bahan kecuali bahan diayak*, susu dan air
3.Masukkan bahan yg diayak,air dan susu.kacau kejap dgn senduk kayu.
4.Bakar dgn preheat oven 170 selama 45 min.
***Satu lagi kalau nak elok potong kek ni guna pisau plastik..

    Hitam pun..rasanya mesti sedap tu..!!! Terliur la..
