Kerabu Epal Hijau



Hari sabtu lepas juga buat kerabu epal utk menu lunch. Dah lama tak buat, kebetulan byk beli epal hijau jadi potong 2-3 biji utk buat kerabu epal.Mudah tak payah masak sayur lain.
Sedikit tip tak nak bagi epal hijau tu lebam, masa potong epal.. rendam epal yg dah potong dlm air garam...jadi epal nampak segar tak lebam.

KERABU EPAL HIJAU

Ingredients :
2 green apples - shredded
1 red chillie - sliced
1 onion - quartered n sliced
carrot - shredded
mint leaves - tak letak
1 teaspoon lime juice
salt n sugar to taste

Method :
1. Mix shredded green apples, red chillie, onion, carrot and mint leaves in a bowl.
2. To prepare the dressing : Mix lime juice, salt, sugar, black pepper and olive oil.
3. Pour the dressing into the vegetables and set aside for 15 minutes.
4. Ready to serve.



Kerabu epal ni ringkas tp sedap makan dengan nasi....
